Museus e Cultura in Florianópolis

The Integrated Culture Center (CIC), in Agronômica, brings together museums, a theater, and exhibition spaces of the Santa Catarina government. It houses MASC and MIS-SC, among other facilities.

Cruz e Sousa Palace, on Praça XV, houses the Historical Museum of Santa Catarina. The neoclassical building was once the seat of provincial and state government.

The Projeto Tamar base in Florianópolis, at Barra da Lagoa, works on sea turtle conservation. It offers educational visits and contact with coastal biodiversity themes.
